Meet Jay
Originally from India, Jay now calls the Algarve home — and it’s here, exclusively, that he brings his catering to life. Cooking is his greatest passion, and every gathering is a chance to share it.
When he isn’t in the kitchen, you’ll most likely find him at the beach, enjoying the coastline that makes this region so special.
Ask him about his own favourite meal and he’ll tell you: lamb with potato purée and mixed vegetables, with a glass of fresh watermelon juice on the side. Simple pleasures, done well.
